Oct 31, 2008 - A composer sued the Bee Gees in the late 1970's for copyright infringement. The music in his song was quite similar to the music in this one. Although he lost the case, it's still not impossible that the Bee Gees copied it. We'll never know.

Nov 23, 2008 - Actually, this video was not cheap. You have to realize that this video was shot in 1977. Warm dark colors was the thing back then. It shouldn't be alterd in any way accept to be played and watched like it originally used to be played and watched. That's how we remember it. Both the music and video quality brings back good memories. At least for me anyways.
