The fact that the Pacific Beach in San Diego has had more than 26 million visitors speaks of its enormous popularity. You know you just cannot be wrong in choosing to go to a beach that is a favorite of millions. It has loads of exciting activities to suit the different tastes of all its visitors.

The Pacific Beach boutique-shopping district is a veritable shopaholics delight. This shopper’s paradise is full of delightful shops with local names like Starbucks and L.A. Rack. Besides salons and clothing stores some of these shops are a treasure trove of unique bric-a-bat and other thingamajigs that you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Shopping here is an experience in itself. Exclusive top-end boutiques mingle with shops selling gear for water sports and smaller shops that sell curios.

Pacific Beach is the place to be if you want to experience the San Diego nightlife and sample the exquisite cuisine. A plethora of multi-cuisine restaurants offer you a dining experience that is second-to-none. Here you could find any food your heart desires from gourmet pasta to fusion Thai, hamburgers to seafood and everything else in between.

The fun never ends with the setting of the sun. In fact Pacific Beach springs to life with the setting sun. Plenty of nightclubs offer non-stop live music for you to dance the night away and you cannot but help drinking till the wee hours of the night in some of California’s best beach bars. What’s more all this excitement is within walking distance from most of the hotels so you have no excuse not to go.

You cannot but help falling in love with the golden sands of Pacific Beach. It’s no wonder that this is what California is so famous for. The world-renowned Ocean Front Boardwalk features a host of board and bike rental stores, plenty of green parks and charming beachfront dining overlooking spectacular views. The beachfront is an endless activity zone with surf competitions, thrilling horseshoes, friendly dolphins prancing around in the water and of course the hot girls. Put these together to get a hotter-than-ever summer awaiting you at Pacific Beach.

There’s always something to do with the Historic Crystal Pier and Mission Bay Park nearby. Historic Crystal Pier shows you a completely different side of Southern California. Strolling along the pier brings back memories of long-gone days combined with the unique lifestyle that can only be experienced in California.

Mission Bay is home to the ever-popular Sea World. There are so many activities to experience in this public park, including thrilling park rides, amazing undersea life and lots of fine dining.

With so much to see and do, a vacation to Pacific Beach would be simply unforgettable. Fine dining, exciting shops and the famous California sand make Pacific Beach one place you would keep coming back to time and again.
